We are Yashodeep Hydraulics, a legitimate company from India. It is with immense frustration and disappointment that we publicly expose a blatant case of contract fraud we have experienced. We entered into a purchase agreement with Yantai Jiwei Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. for hydraulic breakers, which they claimed to specialize in. After payment, we became victims of a clear 'payment without shipment' scam, resulting in a loss of US $247,800.

Contact & Deception: We found Yantai Jiwei Construction Machinery Equipment on an international B2B platform. Their agent, Nancy Dong, initiated contact, presented herself as highly professional, provided detailed product information and company documents, and gradually gained our initial trust. Contract & Payment: After several communications, both parties confirmed a sales contract via email. Based on fundamental respect for commercial agreements, we paid the full contract amount of US $247,800 via bank wire transfer on [Please insert your specific payment date here]. The payment receipt was provided to them. Delays & Excuses: After the payment was completed, Nancy Dong's attitude began to change noticeably. The promised "immediate shipment arrangement" turned into endless delays. She used a series of untenable excuses, including "temporary production line failure," "customs documents need supplementation," and "Chinese public holidays," to stall us. Complete Loss of Contact: After our repeated, justified inquiries via email and instant messaging tools, Nancy Dong and the Yantai Jiwei Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. she represents ultimately chose to sever all communication channels completely: emails are ignored, messages are read but not replied to, and phone calls are unanswered. We now confirm this is a premeditated case of contract fraud involving "payment without shipment" regarding hydraulic breakers.

We have retained all evidence related to the case of contract fraud, including but not limited to: complete communication records with Nancy Dong (emails, chat screenshots), the mutually confirmed purchase contract, the bank payment slip for the amount of US $247,800, and the opposing company's registration information and contact details. We publicly demand that Yantai Jiwei Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and its agent Nancy Dong immediately and unconditionally refund our full payment of US $247,800! Furthermore, the company must provide a formal, public, written apology to our company for its serious fraudulent and dishonest actions involving hydraulic breakers!

Be Wary of Specific Patterns: Be highly vigilant of contacts using common English names like 'Nancy' and situations where excuses for delivery delays frequently change after payment. 

We have formally complained to the relevant Chinese government regulatory bodies (including but not limited to the Market Supervision Administration and the Public Security Bureau) and the Indian Embassy/Consulate in China. We will pursue all available legal avenues to protect our rights and interests.
